Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO), the University of the National Education Commission informs you that:

– The Administrator of your personal data is the University of the National Education Commission in Cracow 2 Podchorążych Street, 30-084 Cracow.
– The Administrator has appointed an Inspector for Personal Data Protection e-mail address: iod@up.krakow.pl tel. /12/ 662 62 06.
– Your personal data will be processed in connection with your participation in the 6th Interdisciplinary Scientific Conference Mathematical Transgressions on the basis of your consent to their processing.

– Your personal data will be stored until you submit a written request for deletion.

– Your personal data, to the extent necessary to carry out activities related to your participation in the conference, may be shared with conference partners.

– You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

– You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

– You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Provision of personal data is a prerequisite for undertaking activities related to the organization of the conference and/or issuance of the post-conference publication. If you do not provide personal data, it is not possible to carry out the above-mentioned activities.

– Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Obligatory consent

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow provided in the registration form for matters related to the organization of the 6th Interdisciplinary Scientific Conference Mathematical Transgressions, including the inclusion of my name and affiliation on the conference website and in the book of abstracts, as well as the use for purposes related to the promotion of the conference of photographs taken during the event, which will include my image in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC, and in accordance with the information clause attached to my consent.

Optional consent

I consent to the processing of personal data by the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow provided in the contact form (e-mail, institutional/correspondence address, telephone in urgent cases) for the purpose of informing about future conferences and trainings and other activities related to science and education organized or co-organized by the Institute of Mathematics and other units of the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
